Woo Hoo! I am finished this challenge. I am so proud of myself. I was consistent all week. I didn't double up on days and when I didn't get up in the morning to do a workout, I made sure I did it after work.
Today, I doubled up Day 7's video, the 15 minute ab workout. I am feeling that now. I also feel that I could do a little bit better on it than on previous weeks. My plank, in particular is getting better.
Tomorrow morning I am starting the Official Spring Break Challenge!
