I can't believe that the Challenge is coming to an end, with tomorrow's workout. I decided I would double up the videos on the last day.
Today I did the Day 6's workout video and then 30 minutes on my Wii Fit. Holy Hanna, what a good workout! I'm glad I dug it out of mothballs. I saw a cardio DVD in my drug store the other day and it looked fun, so I picked it up. It's The Firm Cardio Dance Club. There are 3 different 20 minute workouts on the DVD: the Club Dance, the Salsa Sizzle and the Caribbean Groove. I can't wait to use this on our next challenge.
