I tend not to eat lunch on the weekends, so that doesn't help. I usually get up a little later and eat a good breakfast, do whatever I need to do, then eat a good dinner. But it's those lunch calories I'm missing. I guess I really need to start getting up a tiny bit earlier.

Gosh you are lucky ( I think). Are you super busy on the weekends or what happens differently?
I tend to eat way over my calorie range. Last weekend I did well and I am hoping to do the same this weekend. I make my weigh in day on Saturdays so that I don't mess up on Friday night which really helps. Then Saturday and Sunday I have just been strong.

I struggle with calories on the weekends, too. I often don't get enough food in, so I am making it my goal this weekend to actually eat 3 meals.

Oh my gosh! We think alike. I didn't double up the video either. I was planning to do it if it was an arm sculpting video but it wasn't so.
Great job on the walk at lunch and I am loving your company for being healthy. Not sure that happens alot. My work pays for my gym membership which I most certainly take advantage of.
Well here is to a healthy weekend and to keep in our calorie range, videos and cardio. I struggle on the weekend with staying within my calorie range but want to make sure I end this challenge on a positive note.

Today I didn't double up the video, so tomorrow will be my last day of doubling up for this challenge. I went out at lunch time today to our indoor track (where I work) and walked for 30 minutes. My workplace has an excellent Healthier Workplace programme and I have registered for the 100 Lap Challenge. 100 Laps around our field house track during the month of February.
