That's great that you were able to get outside and run. Yes, it was the seated core workout and it was the 12 minute one, so I spent 24 minutes doing seated core altogether.

Good to know about the 20 minute yogilates video. That is always my fear that I will spend the time doing a workout and my heart rate doesn't get up high enough. Good for you doing the video twice. It was the seated core workout right? I only did it once because it is one of the longer ones. I actually ran outsided for the first time in a long time. Even rained that last part. Felt good.
Well, great job and here is to day 5 starting tomorrow!

Day 4's videos are done. I doubled the Day 4 video and did the 20 minute yogilates video. I don't think I will be doing that one again. I found it just didn't get my heart rate up enough.

On to Day 5 tomorrow!

Today I overslept and didn't get my early workout in. I will be walking for 30 minutes this afternoon at work at the indoor track and I will be doubling the Day 4 workout videos tonight.
