Good to know about the 20 minute yogilates video. That is always my fear that I will spend the time doing a workout and my heart rate doesn't get up high enough. Good for you doing the video twice. It was the seated core workout right? I only did it once because it is one of the longer ones. I actually ran outsided for the first time in a long time. Even rained that last part. Felt good. Well, great job and here is to day 5 starting tomorrow!
