Me too I didnt see the numbers drop on the scale this month and I just made sure I did all the exercises each week but this last week I was really bad in my eating(going way over my calories count) and it made the same workouts more difficult this week.. this month I will focus more on my eating and setting a plan for workouts too.

Weight loss is 80% diet, 10% genetics and 10% exercise. I need to journal everything I eat to lose weight. You just need to find what works for you. Good luck

Keep going that is what I am doing and like you have not seen any real loss. I am hoping that this almost 55 year old body will give me a great surprise next Tuesday. I wish you all the best. Keep going,

Well, I admit it can be very frustrating when the silly scale doesn't show us a number that we think we should see. The way you are looking at it though is great because you certainly have made progress and that you are going to continue is awesome. That is huge!
I am on Week 4 day 4 and am excited to get my challenge trophy. Silly I know but anything in addition to the trophy will be icing on the cake. I know. I am a wierdy!

I am almost at the end and I must admit I am diappointed that I have lost no weight....
I admit that my eating could have been better, I have been more focused on the "workout" aspect of this challenge, and trust me that has been very challenging as previously I was only doing 3 days of Cardio a week and no toning.
I also faced a couple of minor derailments but have gotten back on it.

The scale has not moved as I mention but I really do NOT feel like this equals no progress.
I feel changes in my body, tighter muscles, growing strength.
Som of the lack of weigh loss may be my eating, some may be muscle growth.

I plan to keep going with the fitness routine and see where I end up.
