I am almost at the end and I must admit I am diappointed that I have lost no weight....
I admit that my eating could have been better, I have been more focused on the "workout" aspect of this challenge, and trust me that has been very challenging as previously I was only doing 3 days of Cardio a week and no toning.
I also faced a couple of minor derailments but have gotten back on it.
The scale has not moved as I mention but I really do NOT feel like this equals no progress.
I feel changes in my body, tighter muscles, growing strength.
Som of the lack of weigh loss may be my eating, some may be muscle growth.
I plan to keep going with the fitness routine and see where I end up.
