Day 1- tracked my food and did the day 1 video. Rested from the rest of my cardio. Tracked food and ate 5 servings of fruit and veggies
Day 2- 40 minutes on elliptical and day 2 video. Tracked food and ate 5 servings of fruit and veggies.
Day 3- 40 minutes planned on treadmill, day 3 video. So far had 3 servings of fruit and veggies

the hardest challenge this week is fitting in a second session of the videos, as my only real time to work out is in the evening. I am at work by 6 in the morning and in the afternoons I am with my kids, but I will see.
My long term goal is to get back to running for 30 minutes continuously. I am up to 10 minutes in 2-3 minute intervals after a nine month recovery from two stress fractures. It has been a long process but I am making progress so that is what counts.
