thanks for the encouragement, and way to go to both of you. Congrats on clothes fitting better, that is always a great feeling. Another trophy will be great.

Did 40 minutes on the treadmill, day 3 video, tracked my food and hit 4 servings of fruit and veggies for the day.
On to day 4 tomorrow

Hi, Fellow Week 4 temmates! Glad to hear you both are doing good and having things click in your head and that clothes are starting to fit again. THAT is very exciting!
We are almost through with this challenge and on to the next.
Can't wait to get another trophy!

Way to go, I have not had any junk food since Sunday. I am cutting out all of that. I have been drinking the water. and started the 28 bootcamp video by Coach Nicole. I am at day three. I am following that schedule, pretty cool DVD. Best investment I ever made. I am concentrating on my water intake and the Fruit and Veggies. It finally clicked with me. emoticon . It has to click in my mind before I can be successful.
I cannot wait to go shopping in my closet again. I started to fit in some of my cloth again, real cool.

Day 1- tracked my food and did the day 1 video. Rested from the rest of my cardio. Tracked food and ate 5 servings of fruit and veggies
Day 2- 40 minutes on elliptical and day 2 video. Tracked food and ate 5 servings of fruit and veggies.
Day 3- 40 minutes planned on treadmill, day 3 video. So far had 3 servings of fruit and veggies
Day 4-
Day 5-
Day 6-
Day 7-

the hardest challenge this week is fitting in a second session of the videos, as my only real time to work out is in the evening. I am at work by 6 in the morning and in the afternoons I am with my kids, but I will see.
My long term goal is to get back to running for 30 minutes continuously. I am up to 10 minutes in 2-3 minute intervals after a nine month recovery from two stress fractures. It has been a long process but I am making progress so that is what counts.
