Sounds good. Monday, the 4th it is!

I did well on Day 3 and doubled up the videos, but I overslept on Day 4, so I will be doing the videos after work today.

That's the one I'm leaning towards right now. I don't want to fly solo, either. It'll be good to be accountable both to the challenge and to have someone to do it with.

Are you going to double up your videos this week?I was thinking of doing that.
Well maybe I will look into the Spring int Shape Challenge. Let me know if you choose this one too and we can start together.

Did the day 2 video twice and the 10 cardio jump rope one...I have lost 6 pounds so far!

I tried the Spring into Shape Challenge last year twice but never finished it. I think I will try it again when I'm done with Week 4 here.

Well I looked at both of them too and they are almost identical to this one we are on right now. I was hoping to find one that wad different and felt more like a challenge. I will choose one though just so I have to answer to someone and have some sort of a plan in place. I definitely don't want to fly solo-too scared for that right now!

I've been thinking about the Official 28 Day Bootcamp one. Or there is the Spring into Shape Bootcamp one, which is another 4 weeks. Do you have one in mind?

I most certainly would count shoveling snow as fitness time. That is tough!
Great job on Day 2 of week 4! I am on the same day as you. I just finished doing the video twice and am debating right now what to do for my cardio. Something on the treadmill just not sure if I am going to do a program or just manual. I will keep you posted.

Today went great. Got up early, did Day 2's video and for my cardio I did the 20 minute Cardio Blast. Also did about 15 minutes of shoveling snow, so I counted that in my fitness minutes.
