I have been thinking about a lot of things and especially what will I do after this January Challenge ends! I personally feel that having the structure and the support we have had from our teammates has made me stick to this Challenge! I would make sure that I was accountable everyday, made sure I get the Exercise Videos done, that I posted on the boards and that I also showed support to others! It was def great to be held accountable and know that if I stopped going I would not just let myself down but also my Teammates and that's what made me continue! And now here are my Goals for after this Challenge ends!
My Future Goals:
1. To continue Working Out Everyday
2. To Drink my 64 oz of Water Everyday
3. To continue Eating Healthy Includes Veggies and Fruits in every Meal
4. To be Patient and Stay Positive
5. To not Quit No Matter What
So these are my Future Goals and I don't know if I will reach them and succeed but I'm just gonna keep on trying and hope for the best! I have already done well since January 1st and it is almost a month so in my opinion I'm not doing too bad soo far!
