I wanted to put last week behind me and start this week out well. I was up late last night because I read too long. Still, I got up this morning and did the first workout video. After I finished, I was tired, but energized and happy that I'd gotten up.
My goal is to be consistent this week and to think about what I will be doing after week 4.
