I also struggle with this. Only because I get groceries once a month. We do canned fruits a lot and I try to get my veggies in at supper and lunch. Good Luck!

Ditto on the other replies you have received already. Get whatever fruit and veggies are on sale. Frozen is just as good too and can be cheaper.

I have learned to buy some of the frozen fruits in bulk at Sam's. They last forever and you can use them in so many things.
I look for sales on veggies and eat what they have.

So, finances haven't been that great lately, and I haven't been able to get on track with the fruits and veggies part of the Jumpstart Challenge.

I've been trying to get some, but a lot of the fruits I want to incorporate into my diet are so expensive! Any advice?

Also, example: Blueberries: Frozen or fresh...$3/$4. Idk... emoticon
