Yikes ... if I did all 7 videos in one day it just might kill me, lol!
Although, in my defense, I did just start the challenge today ;) Maybe by the time I get to week 4 I won't be such a wimp.
Congrats to you on the accomplishment ... it truly gives me hope that I will be able to do that at some point too :)

Today I started with day one video and did all 7. The pilates one is still hard for me. I have really enjoyed all the videos.
