Congratulations to all those who lost during the challenge. I haven't lost according to the scale, but I am feeling much better and ready to continue with some of the video workouts and changing my daily workouts. I have gone down in pants size and I feel better about that.

I have lost a 3 lbs and that is a big accomplishment for me.
I can live with that and build on that.
The workouts are great and short enough to handle everyday.

I am on my last leg of this challenge : ) I am doing well and HAPPY with my progress and all the friends I have met along the way :D I love the fact that I have changed my workouts everyday- I am not getting bored and my body has no idea what is coming next :D I went to a BIG family B-Day party for my Uncle and I had so many complement on how good I am looking - that is my WOO HOO :D
