I have finished the challenge, today! It was trying at times, but I am happy I did it! Nichole's weight lifting was the first time I have done weights! REALLY feel great!

I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks during very trying times and did it through a couple of changes. My exercise was the same but watching the portions I ate, increasing the water, veggies and fruits and by adding the cardios to my workout. Feel like a new man and the new routine is becoming a habit.
