I started week 4 yesterday. For the challenges this week, I have decided to repeat videos on Days 4, 5, and 6 (Wednesday core, Thursday legs, Friday arms); as well as the bonus video on Saturday. I slipped up last week with the Christmas holiday, I did not eat as many fruits and veggies as I normally do and I missed a few food tracking days (though I did do Christmas), so my goal is to get back into that. Before this challenge I did the other fitness challenges: Spring Into Shape and the 28 Day Bootcamp. Next up is the New You Challenge. I'm not seeing a lot of results, but I am seeing progress.
