Try a new video, like a kickboxing video or find a class out and about! I am planning a long hiking vacation in March, so i am conditioning myself for that. Mostly with lots of walking and trying to strengthen my legs for the mountain inclines on my elliptical I am also looking forward to my yoga classes back home (as where my parents are, before I moved here to be with my hubby!). I miss my yoga classes!!
You can also find other challenges or maybe make up your own. I know the 30s message board will post challenges monthly and try to keep each other supported through some of those.

WoW you are doing awsome!!!! Keep it up!! I don't know how to find other challenges on SP, you can do the ones you have again or make up a program for a week or month and do your own. I like doing the videos because then I don't feel like I am by myself. I also like walking while watching tv. I am getting away from that more now, when I am not is such a hurry. :) For me, I like the tracking of excerise, I love reading articles and doing & learning things. I have not lost lots of weight, but I have learned a lot. I am working on making myself more healthy. So, I am getting there. I personally have joined a few groups and have enjoyed reading their thread (topics) and taking part in conversations. That is where I get lots of support. I am join a thread on "how many cups of water have you drank today?", "what exercise did you do today?", and so on. Have you joined any other groups besides this one?? There are many to pick from, wow there is a lot, but I found a few l liked and joined them. I have also added "friends". That is fun too. Good luck on the rest of your journey!! Just don't give up on yourself!! YOU ARE IMPORTANT!!!!

And just like that...another 4 weeks have gone by. 8 weeks, really. I started 2 months ago with the boot camp challenge, and then went right into this jump start challenge. Generally, I've been consistent and done my best with the directions each week, but basically, I did at least 30 min of cardio a day (sometimes more, never less; sometimes with intervals or hills; sometimes not). It's been hard to squeeze in more than that (bonus videos, repeating videos), so I guess that just has to be OK.
First off, I really really want to thank those who have consistently acknowledged my posts and provided kudos. Thank you. Your support helps...a lot.
I'll have to find another challenge now, I guess. Any recommendations?
And, how are all of your successes and goals going? Where else do you find support on SP? What areas do you find helpful?
