I don't know how to find other challenges on SP, you can do the ones you have again or make up a program for a week or month and do your own. I like doing the videos because then I don't feel like I am by myself. I also like walking while watching tv. I am getting away from that more now, when I am not is such a hurry. :)
For me, I like the tracking of excerise, I love reading articles and doing & learning things. I have not lost lots of weight, but I have learned a lot. I am working on making myself more healthy. So, I am getting there.
I personally have joined a few groups and have enjoyed reading their thread (topics) and taking part in conversations. That is where I get lots of support. I am join a thread on "how many cups of water have you drank today?", "what exercise did you do today?", and so on.
Have you joined any other groups besides this one?? There are many to pick from, wow there is a lot, but I found a few l liked and joined them. I have also added "friends". That is fun too.
