Workout done. 35 min elliptical and 10 min abs/ball workout (I needed a change from the videos in this workout).
Work has slowed down, and that gets me into a funk. There are so many personal stresses I have right now, that it's much easier and pleasant to bury myself in work, and not think about 'the rest'.
OK...day started in the form of a cute 8 y.o. still in PJs downstairs in my workout area. As cute as he is, he's also bringing the stress on early in the form of being upset and annoyed that he's not getting any Wii time before school today (usually used as a reward for getting up and dressed and ready b/f breakfast time) b/c he's not able to turn it off when I ask him to.
And thus starts my day. At least I got my workout in. Still time for a quick shower too. Always a bonus! :)
