Well I had a major setback a month ago when my grandpa died. Took a few weeks off the diet and exercise plans but am definitely back on track again and am actually down another couple of pounds! Helps to find exercise that you enjoy and can fit into your schedule. Of course you have to stick with it! And if you do have any setbacks just get back to it ASAP! Don't beat yourself up about it, just don't give up! It was very hard to get back to working out and watching food intake when I had a few weeks off, but I somehow managed to get it together!

First of all Janimoen I have the very bad habit of making progress, but then sabotaging all my hard work and effort by slacking off with exercise and proper portions. Luckily, every minute is a new minute to start back on the right track again. I bet you'll look great in your wedding dress!

No, sigh. I have not budged in nearly a month. But it is exciting that you have reached your goals! Great Job! Enjoy! It takes a whole lot of hard work to achieve what you have and I will keep trying to reach mine.

Anyone else reach their weight loss goals? I started January 1st, working out 4x a week and using the nutrition tracker app on my phone. I love that app, it is so awesome. Very convenient! I reached my weight loss goal of 20 pounds in 3 months, revamped my goal and have actually surpassed my goal again! When you see results it is so much easier to continue the (very) hard work because it is so worth it! I am down to my "wedding weight" after 7 years and a baby. So very exciting! I think I want to try on my wedding dress again!
