This was a great challenge.
I have a routine and this challenge certainly showed me how much more I can do to get to more goals!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

4/20/13 Neighborhood Watch 5K 39:17.6
10/5/13 5K Grace Pet Fest 38:47.6
12/1/13 Secret City Half Marathon around 3 hours and 4 minutes
4/19/14 Butterflies for Hope 5K for Lupus 39:23.8 (I hurt my back a few days before, and though it was my first official 5K with some jogging, my back hurt, so was very slow.)

I finished on Feb.4th! But I'm going to continue using SP videos and exercising daily.Thanks to this challenge I am hooked on finding new ways to enjoy exercise.I bought a stability ball and I am waiting on a new exercise DVD I ordered from SP store

I started about half a week early, and still have about half a week to go. But should finish this week. No problems, just keep plowing on.

I love that you have your forward goals and rewards in place - not just what you have achieved, but what you will go on to achieve.

For me - unfortunately I haven't managed enough of Week 4 to allow me to count it as done - so another repeated week. But I'd rather be true to myself and my outcomes than just try to work out how to make what I have managed to do - to be enough.
So - here I go again, not emoticon but emoticon

It only took 5 weeks, now here I am! Finally at the finish line! I have lost a total of 10 lbs, 5 of which during the challenge!

I sat down today and created a new, in depth fitness program and new goals for beyond this challenge.
My goals and rewards as of today:
GOALS
Personal:
Study hard
Stay motivated
Not get discouraged
Loose at least 5lbs per month
Try not to get so stressed
Don't beat myself up when goal not met
TRACK everything
Reward myself for meeting goals

Fitness:
MON-SAT (SUN OFF)
45 min cardio
Zumba on Saturday
2 strength training videos M-F & 1 on Sat
EVERYDAY:
Walk 15 miles per week
Walk 15,000 steps per day
YOGA-AM & PM (at least once per day)

Food:
Cook dinner at least 5 days per week
Eat at least 5 servings fruit/veggies
Drink 8-8oz glasses of water
Measure portions
Don't eat out more than 1 per week

REWARDS
5 lbs Hair cut emoticon
10 lbs weights, pedometer, gym bag emoticon
15 lbs New outfit
20 lbs Manicure/pedicure
25 lbs Exercise clothes (capri and reg style yoga pants)
30 lbs Tattoo
35 lbs Night out with the hubby
40 lbs New clothes/bathing suit
