It only took 5 weeks, now here I am! Finally at the finish line! I have lost a total of 10 lbs, 5 of which during the challenge!
I sat down today and created a new, in depth fitness program and new goals for beyond this challenge.
My goals and rewards as of today:
Not get discouraged
Loose at least 5lbs per month
Try not to get so stressed
Don't beat myself up when goal not met
Reward myself for meeting goals
MON-SAT (SUN OFF)
45 min cardio
Zumba on Saturday
2 strength training videos M-F & 1 on Sat
Walk 15 miles per week
Walk 15,000 steps per day
YOGA-AM & PM (at least once per day)
Cook dinner at least 5 days per week
Eat at least 5 servings fruit/veggies
Drink 8-8oz glasses of water
Don't eat out more than 1 per week
5 lbs Hair cut
10 lbs weights, pedometer, gym bag
15 lbs New outfit
20 lbs Manicure/pedicure
25 lbs Exercise clothes (capri and reg style yoga pants)
30 lbs Tattoo
35 lbs Night out with the hubby
40 lbs New clothes/bathing suit
