I have out of town guests coming for the next two weeks! I plan to avoid gaining any weight and hopefully get at least some walking in each day. Already I am looking forward to getting back into the " routine" !!

The health and fitness center I belong to has an add on program that runs for the next 8 weeks. So I will be training in a small group with a trainer for 1 1/2 hours twice a week and going in on my own on some of the other days. I plan to keep track of nutrition and exercise with the spark trackers.

I too was not real excited about my pounds lost this month, however I do measure myself once a month : now that is exciting! inches lost especially in my most toubled area ( Hips) !!!
January is definately a banner month for me. My message to you.. press on and you will have a fabulous♥ February ♥. !

I'm so very excited about not only my weight loss this month, but that i've actually have made exercising as part of my lifestyle. It is become part of my daily and weekly routines. I make time for it and on the crazy days when it doesn't happen I feel like a part of me is missing. Even my eating habits have changed and I can honestly say that I feel these changes are habits and not frustrations; habit I'll stick with!

For February my plan is:
1. Continue to plan and track my diet
2. Use my treadmill 5 times a week.
3. Complete an exercise video 3-5 times a week
