I'm so very excited about not only my weight loss this month, but that i've actually have made exercising as part of my lifestyle. It is become part of my daily and weekly routines. I make time for it and on the crazy days when it doesn't happen I feel like a part of me is missing. Even my eating habits have changed and I can honestly say that I feel these changes are habits and not frustrations; habit I'll stick with!
For February my plan is:
1. Continue to plan and track my diet
2. Use my treadmill 5 times a week.
3. Complete an exercise video 3-5 times a week
