Ladies you are inspiring! We are all human and all have other aspects to our lives that demand our attention. As long as we each regroup when we don't reach our expectations and get back underway, well, we are succeeding. Do you know the gardening song? Step by step, row by row going to make this garden grow. It talks about unseen progress and then results. That is each and every one of us. We can do it. emoticon

My right leg is still in therapy so I have not done as well as I'd hoped. I will keep going with the DVD.

Don't feel discouraged. This past week, I was in fasting and prayer. The challenge had to take a back seat. I will start my Week 4 this week. Let's keep pressing forward.

It is so frustrating that I am not meeting the challenges! It seems like there are just not enough hours in the day. I am determined to start again this week. I just need to stick to it!

Like you I am finding that life interferes with my plans! A trip to visit my daughter in New York coming back to high stress week at work and I got distracted and lost my focus. even my best laid plans went right out the window! So, it is Sunday and a brand new week! I am using this time to regain my focus and come back to where I should be!

We all have points in our journey where we struggle to maintain momentum but you are working through the issues and facing them head-on.
Keep trying and you will be successful

You started a new job. Effect, stress good and bad, time tighter result? You stuck to the challenge. WOW. You rock!!!. How many would throw up their hands and use that as an excuse. I sense a strong determined individual. Hang in there. Things will work into a workable routine. emoticon
