Like you I am finding that life interferes with my plans! A trip to visit my daughter in New York coming back to high stress week at work and I got distracted and lost my focus. even my best laid plans went right out the window! So, it is Sunday and a brand new week! I am using this time to regain my focus and come back to where I should be!
It looks like you are managing the challenge to the best of your ability so Great Job! We all have points in our journey where we struggle to maintain momentum but you are working through the issues and facing them head-on. Keep trying and you will be successful
