Just dropping by the team page to say this Challenge is one of the many "best" things about SP. I am so grateful trhat ROXYSMOM invited me to give it a try. I'm on my third official SP challenge since completing this one. I love the accountability of having a daily plan to follow, and I'm hooked on SP videos. The short cardio one that starts this challenge remains one of my favorites. emoticon

This challenge was such a great boost for me to amp everything up after the holidays. I really focused on doing an actual cardio workout five days a week, and really ended up doing six days for three of the weeks.

But the real benefit of this challenge for me was getting into a habit of strength training. I always plan on doing it, but rarely follow through. Having the video to do each day really kept me on track and I loved them!

So, my long-term exercise goals to continue this momentum are to do an actual cardio workout five days a week. And I will do strength training three days a week. I will use the videos, but I also have a home gym that I want to get moving on to get some different exercises.

Thanks for the awesome challenge!
