So, week 4 has been a little rough for me. I started off strong, then I got a cold AND smashed my hand! Yikes. I have skipped 2 days this week but I will make it up by excersing today and tomorrow. I am not sure I can do the stregnth training with my hand swollen but I will at least do my cardio. Then, on to the next challenge!!
