I hope you feel better soon. and my advice would be to look for video's that do not require you to use your hand and meet your goal that way.

So, week 4 has been a little rough for me. I started off strong, then I got a cold AND smashed my hand! Yikes. I have skipped 2 days this week but I will make it up by excersing today and tomorrow. I am not sure I can do the stregnth training with my hand swollen but I will at least do my cardio. Then, on to the next challenge!!
