I finished my last video this morning. Boy, did it go past fast!
Will keep exercising and food tracking. And will start drinking more water.
I have been drinking 6 but need to bump it up to 8 cups.
Before I forget, More water and watching what I eat are part of my goals.
Forgot to write down what I wanted to accomplish on Week 1.
