I am going to try to continue doing 1 video each day. I already do cardio each day and some strength training each day but would like to keep a video as extra exercise.
Good for you! Zumba is SO much fun -- hey, with the Wii noone is watching -- let it all hang out baby!!

My goals for February:
1. Keep goal on the treadmill - keep pushing the pace, too.
2. More minutes with the weights while I walk... this is something new for me, but has been a good addition to my cardio.
3. I picked up a Zumba game for the Wii - time to get over my fear of looking like a dope. :)
I'm really excited about how January has gone... and want to keep going with the momentum into the rest of the year!
