1. Keep goal on the treadmill - keep pushing the pace, too. 2. More minutes with the weights while I walk... this is something new for me, but has been a good addition to my cardio. 3. I picked up a Zumba game for the Wii - time to get over my fear of looking like a dope. :)
I'm really excited about how January has gone... and want to keep going with the momentum into the rest of the year!
