The journey is all about figuring out how our body works and what causes us to overeat or binge eat sometimes. If we know it is coming we can try different methods to deal with any issues that arise. I have a calendar and track this PMS time so I know in about 6 months roughly when it will arrive so i do not get stressed over weight during that time. I also know that what my food weakness is during the PMS and try not to have too much around on that week. Best wishes for more AH-HA moments.

Yep, that's something we women have to deal with. Way to keep exercising, though, that really helps! Also, keep a close watch on your sodium level, since this can make you retain water. And make sure you drink plenty of that stuff, too Remember: it's only a week and focus on your monthly loss goal.
