My ticker should be in pounds...I dont uderstand why it shows in kg... My goal is to lose 100 pounds and so far I've lost 8.6 pounds.

I think I'm going to do the 28 Day Challenge because Feb has 29 days.

That gives a 3 day break after this challenge before Feb starts. I plan to rest and redeem a gift certificate hubby gave me for our anniversary! THEN start a new challenge.

Done with the first 3 weeks and feeling so good! Lost 8.6 pounds so far and I am still very motivated! This challenge was a really good starter for me and I love it!

Is there a ''February keep going workout challenge''? I hope so because this challenge help me to stay focused and motivated!!
