I have to put week 4 on hold. I got that awful stomach flu thats going around. But at least my daughter is feeling better, her bday is tomorrow!

Oh my gosh - I can't even imagine myself jump roping - I'd have to explain why I have black eyes from my boobs coming up to hit me and then why the bruises on my fat jiggly belly from all the fat jumping around. Hey I could do belly dancing without trying !

week 4...Starting off and its going great...already did jump rope this morning..20mins....in cool
windy and bright sunny conditions...its the emoticon emoticon

Did 60 minutes of Zumba today instead of the 30min. Did day 2 video 2x. Hoping to start seeing some results soon. Been working really hard.
