Thanks Shelly for your encouraging support. I only have two days left before I complete this challenge. Well inspite of my physical challenges adding no pressure to myself, I was able to complete at least the 30 min. cardio challenge. I only have 2 days left please pray for me.

Hey everyone! Due to some shoulder pain, I have been forced to slow down my exercise pace. However, I was still able to do the 9 min. video of Nicole's, the 4 min brain gym exercise with kids at school and 30min. walking video with Leslie Sansone. I'm just going to take it easy and continue to press on even though I may be walking with Leslie all week because some exercise is better than no exercise. Please pray for me to complete this week!
