My long term goals are to keep up with 30 minutes of cardio 5x a week and strength training 2x a week. Spring is just around the corner and that means outside gardening work. We plant a vegetable garden every year.

My long term plan is to kinda continue with what I've been doing for the last year or so. I've got a pretty good routine going and it seems to be working.
Everyday I dance for 15-20 minutes (using one of the 7 Wii dance games I have) Every other day I do about 20 minutes of Strength Training and every morning I do a circuit training inspired by TV's The Biggest Loser that lasts about 30 minutes
Now that I am nearing completion of this Challenge, I will try and incorporate some of these videos into my routine as well
Sometimes I change things up to "confuse" my body and get out of any ruts I may be in. Seems to be working. I've lost 50 pounds since joining SP. I feel pretty good about that!

I plan to waking up early as usual to keep up with the exercising routine. I will be doing some outdoor running, exercising in the comforts of my room and also hitting the gym (this is what i call variation!)

I had to substitute other exercises or other videos for some of the workouts, but made it through the challenge enjoying exercise even more than before. It sure is a stress release as well as a fitness tool, and exercising is a great way to avoid sitting around being bored or anxious and eating when not truly hungry:)

I'm not really sure what I want to do for my long Term Fitness Plans. I'm thinking I may go through the 28 day bootcamp videos here on Sparkpeople :) Pretty much my plans are to just keep doing what I'm doing. Keep eating decently well and keep on being active :) Current activities include SP workouts, Zumba and dog walking (when it's not too cold!). Also sometimes the stationary bike and treadmill.
