My long term plan is to kinda continue with what I've been doing for the last year or so. I've got a pretty good routine going and it seems to be working.
Everyday I dance for 15-20 minutes (using one of the 7 Wii dance games I have)
Every other day I do about 20 minutes of Strength Training
and every morning I do a circuit training inspired by TV's The Biggest Loser that lasts about 30 minutes
Now that I am nearing completion of this Challenge, I will try and incorporate some of these videos into my routine as well
Sometimes I change things up to "confuse" my body and get out of any ruts I may be in. Seems to be working. I've lost 50 pounds since joining SP. I feel pretty good about that!
