Thanks Kay, been busy with the puppy and all the holiday trappings. It has been a hard year to stay on track, after the death of my Husband well just getting up and going to work was a challenge. It has been ten months now and I am trying very hard to get back on track.

Took Lili last week to get her spayed, and this past Saturday to get the stitches out. Talk about a challenge, trying to keep this little lady from tearing her stitches, she acted like nothing at all had happened and kept jumping off the furniture just as tho no stitches, the good thing was she did not once try to chew or lick at the stitches.

My goal is to get my Lili leash ready and be able to take her for walks with me this spring, now that will be a great walking companion.

My personal exercise goals are to get back into the habit of doing some sort of exercise each day.

Throughout the challenge I have been getting at least 20 min cardio and 2 toning videos each day. My goal is to amp up the cardio even more (I ordered a Kettlebell workout and I start Zumba on Sat), increase the cardio to 40 min by end of this week, then eventually to 60 min. I will also put AT LEAST 1 on the toning videos on repeat AT LEAST once.

After the challenge is finished my goal is to stay on track with what I am doing and NOT GET DISCOURAGED AND UNMOTIVATED!!!

WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!
