How's everyone keeping up with this week's challenge? I'm doing ok; I'm feeling run down so I'm feeling it harder to keep up with this week, but I'm pushing through. I refuse to give up. I do need a really hard push these last couple of days to feel that I've achieved what I wanted, so I'm going to go get some sleep so I can finish this week with a bang!!!

Michele...I hope your hubby is mending well, just don't forget to take care of yourself while you're taking care of him (and everyone else).
SpiritSeeker...I hope you're feeling better. Remember, it's not a crime to take a break to take care of your health and feel better. SP has some great articles about knowing when it is safe to exercise through being sick and how to know that it is healthier to take some time off. Take care of yourself.
I hope everyone is having a great start to W4. I'm starting steady. I'm trying a new strategy today; while I prefer to exercise in the morning, the exercise usually leaves my knees aching all day, so I 'm going to see if doing it after work is better or worse as far as how my knees feel through the day so I know what works better (especially on work days where I have to be up walking and on my feet all day and bending up and down to get things on & off shelves). So here's to experiments!!! Here's how my week's going so far.

Glad to see this week here. Ended week 3 snowed and iced in up North in Ohio. Down here hubby fell on the ice and busted up his hip big time. So Saturday my Cardio was mostly worrying and exercising with the help of my grand-daughter.

Started off the 4th week with plenty of walking in the hospital and worrying as hubby had surgery. Last night did get some Tai chi in along with some chair exercises. So this week there will be plenty of walking and some chair exercises.

Good luck to everyone and Be Safe.

Here we go...our final week!!!! Are all of you ready to finish this month out with a bang and continue our success here into the rest of the year? I've really enjoyed this challenge with all of you and I can't wait to see how we all continue to do throughout the year!!!! WE ROCK!

Here's the 4th week email info on the challenge for this week for anyone who has lost it, didn't get it, or can't find it...

1. Follow your workout plan for one more week. Do one 10-minute toning video each day and pick five days for cardio to help burn calories and blast fat.
2. Put your videos on repeat. Take your toning workouts to the next level this week! Choose at least three of the prescribed videos to put on repeat once or twice within the same day. You'll give your muscles a greater challenge and burn more calories as a result.
3. Stick with your favorite bonus challenges. Through the month, we've amped up our cardio, tracked our food, and even increased our consumption of fruits and vegetables. Stick with any and all of these special goals this week for even greater results.
4. Set your long-term exercise goals. Back in week 1, you set goals that you wanted to accomplish during this challenge. Now it's time to look ahead and establish a long-term exercise goal. Share your goal with others in our Week 4 forum for feedback and accountability.
5. Earn your trophy! To earn your SparkTrophy and officially finish this challenge, you must go to the SparkTeam page and check off the boxes next to all four "Action Steps" to signal completion.

Again, I hope to all of my friends from the first 3 weeks joining me here in w4!!! I'm asking that you all help keep me going...cheer me on if I'm doing good and call me on it if I'm slacking (I need a good butt kicking from time to time). I'll do the same for you. I appreciate all of you and your cheering and butt kicking. A big part of my success is due to you, and I hope I'm at least a little part of your success too. Let's finish this challenge out with a bang!!!!!
