Put your videos on repeat. Take your toning workouts to the next level this week! Choose at least three of the prescribed videos to put on repeat once or twice within the same day. You'll give your muscles a greater challenge and burn more calories as a result.
Stick with your favorite bonus challenges. Through the month, we've amped up our cardio, tracked our food, and even increased our consumption of fruits and vegetables. Stick with any and all of these special goals this week for even greater results.
Set your long-term exercise goals. Back in week 1, you set goals that you wanted to accomplish during this challenge. Now it's time to look ahead and establish a long-term exercise goal. Share your goal with others in our Week 4 forum for feedback and accountability.
