I did the 8-Minute Athletic Intervals Cardio Workout Video along with the 10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout Video. Yesterday I finished the January Jumpstart Challenge, but strangely am feeling a bit depressed that's it is finished.

Extra 10 min.: I'm borrowing 10 from my 60 min. total on my treadmill since I did 80 min. yesterday on that thing! I have 2 days from last week that are short in time so I have no doubt about being able to get at least a little something extra in maybe even the full 50! minutes.

My extra video for today (Saturday - January 28th) was the Day 7 New YOU Bootcamp Workout ( Saturday's 9-Minute Core Workout ).

I skipped the Bob Harper Bikini Body workouts. Instead I had an additional two hours of aerobics with my dragon boat club practice.

My extra video for today (Friday - January 27th) was the Day 6 New YOU Bootcamp Workout ( Friday's 8-Minute Upper Body Workout ).

Also did all of the Bob Harper Bikini Body workouts:
Warm Up - - Move 1
Dead Lift Fly - Move 2
Curtsey Lunge Dumbell Curl - Move 3
Traveling Push Ups -Move 4
3-Way Jump Squats - Move 5
Tornado Raises - Move 6
Toe To Elbow Touch - Move 7

Traveling Push Ups a lots tougher than the stability ball pushups. Another challenge to master.

With the challenge coming into its final lap, I feel like Garven Dreis, the commander of Red Squadron in Star Wars. "Almost There!"

Have been doing Coach Nicole's Turkey Burner Workout and added
three of the Bob Harper Bikini Body workouts:

Lots of walking yesterday, both at noon and after dinner.

I did extra videos on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This month, I have tried to ramp up the cardio and have been able to most days but certainly not every day. Other things are being put aside to get it done so I'm not sure how much longer I can keep up the amount of time I have been doing, but I'm planning to keep it up as long as I can manage it.

Went to bed sick last night and woke up sicker. Doing cardio in 10 minute increments.

Did the 15 minute ab workout for the extra video plus did the day 4 - 12 minute chore workout.

78 minutes of cardio. Congrats! My limit is about 60. I just get too sore. Tried mixing it up with the stationary bicycle and the elliptical. The stationary bicycle is my "go to" exercise. The elliptical is tougher for me.

I feel like you do about the lower body strength in that the cardio takes care of the legs. Been doing squats for the butt. Want to add more lunges, but I am not sure how my legs will take it. No calf raises.

I kinda of did that some last week with the 28 day bootcamp videos some were from the new you bootcamp too. I'll do anything concerning the ABS! LOL;))

Y'all WILL NOT EVER see me do any more lower body strength stuff than absolutely necessary!!! emoticon Abs and arms mostly for me cuz I do so much treadmill. Plus, I'm on my feet a lot. Sorry if this sounds conceited but, I have great legs and a nice little backside. They don't need any help! Now, the tummy and "triceps", those are a different story!

Still coupling the New YOU Bootcamp Workouts with the January Jumpstart Workouts. Today (Monday) I did Monday's 7-Minute Lower Body Workout. Starting to work in Bob Harper's Bikini Body Workout ( Shape Magazine ) into my routine. His videos involve more balancing by standing on only one leg. Something I need to work on.

Hi everybody!

I did 78 min. of cardio last Sun. so today I did 88 min. Since there was no strength video for today I just picked an Abs one cuz that's my biggest area of concern.

Hi there my friends from Week 3!:))

What I'm posting here are the videos that aren't on the "schedule" for week 4. We're supposed to replay some something like 2 to 3 times this week so day 2 we're supposed to do the lower body one. That wont be posted here. Then I guess I'll pick a favorite and play it 2 or 3 times on day 2. Being me I will probably do this every day! HAHA! I like to try to hurt myself for no reward! J/K! Let's do this people! Have a super week See you later Sunday! Oh! As for the cardio I'm going to try to add another 30 minutes cuz I'm already at 487 minutes!
