You're doing so well! I stopped doing the videos the first week. I really enjoyed them, but I got sick, and I realized that I was pushing myself trying to do that AND the cardio when until Dec 31st I was following my SparkPeople recommendation of 10 min exercise three times a week! Too much, too soon! So I'm with you:
