@New_Me I love the idea of increasing your daily workout 10 min every other week. My big hurdle is psychological. Right now, 10 min at a time is something I feel like I can justify taking out of my schedule. But an extra 10 min is very doable. Thank you for mentioning it. This is now one of my goals.

I'm not sure yet. I'm already doing 60 min. on my treadmill + a 10 min video, not always cardio, AND some things on my own. If I had to say, I guess it would be to stay consistent AFTER week 4 is over even if it just the same amount of exercise. My nutrition needs help and I am working on that this week.

What is everyone's long term fitness goals??

Mines is to:

1. Stay Consistent
2. Increase by 10min per month or every other month
3. Do atleast 10min daily


With this challenge I have figured out many forms of exercise and have also realized how easy it is to get in 10min daily with Coach Nicole's video plus print out of some videos emoticon

My goals this week -

1) Continue with DVD series - Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels. You need to do her video 5-6 days a week for 4 weeks. ( I have completed week 1 day 3)
2) Keep up with my running schedule (training for full marathon)
3) Stop snacking so much. My snacks are generally healthy but the calories are often more than my meals at the end of the day. My eating schedule is out of wack.

1/22/12: Ripped in 30 (30 min) - burned 281 calories; Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown - burned (30 min) 178 calories.

1/24/12: dr all day - did exercise while waiting forever in the little room..LOL
1/25/12: walking with girlfriend thru stores & 30 min on bike
1/26/12: 30 min slowly on bike.. felt ok
1/27/12: did todays video
1/28/12: video

What are your plans for next month? increase exercise as I can with out blood sugars dropping so bad, and stay on plan- so far so good
