W3D1 Me, too, Moonshine! At the end of W1, I thought I couldn't do it, but I have more ability to persevere, not tiring as easily.

Day 2 of week 3 and both days I've done 45 mins on the cardio setting of the treadmill. I feel great and also tracked all my food AND stayed within all the categories!!!! It's been a great couple of days. Tomorrow I will strength train
