Day 3 Week 3 I used the cardio monitor with band for intervals today. I had to push myself a bit so I haven't been working as hard as I thought.

I am feeling stronger every day and it feels good. I want to keep this feeling up. I am actually beginning to need to be doing something most of the time whether it is walking, a video or anything.

Day 1 Week 3 So I kicked up the cardio by increasing my pace for intervals. I plan to buy a HR monitor so I don't underestimate my heart rate and I'm considering the boot camp video..

Not crazy about some of the exercises in week 3 day 1, but I did it, so it's done. Now I can move on to something else.

Day 2 of week 3 and both days I've done 45 mins on the cardio setting of the treadmill. I feel great and also tracked all my food AND stayed within all the categories!!!! It's been a great couple of days. Tomorrow I will strength train emoticon

Had more energy today, still can't do any squats or lunge type motions but am getting exercise in. did 38 min walking on my Wii this eve (did the video this morning)
