I did it! I finally felt up to moving again! I went home yesterday and did Day 4's video and the 15 minute Qi Gong Routine video. This morning I got up early to do Day 5's video, plus I did the
10 minute Cardio Kickboxing and the 8 minute Cardio Intervals. I am so proud of myself and I do feel infinitely better today.
I am going to finish this challenge!
