Day 1- Did Cardio video and 15 minute kickboxing video
Day 2- Did 40 minutes on elliptical- interval program and day 2 video- had my five servings of fruit and veggies- tracked my food
Day3- did 39 minutes on treadmill and day 3 video- had six servings of fruits and veggies- tracked my food.
Day 4- 40 minutes on elliptical- 4 servings of fruits and veggies so far, tracking my food- still to do Day 4 video and 1 more serving of veggies
