Just checking in with the team! I'm on Week 3, day 3 and still going strong(er). Just finished my strength video for the night and realized that I am able to do the tricep dips from the chair again. At the first week, my body didn't even want to think about attempting those and now I see myself pushing for it and actually achieving it. I've been keeping up with cardio workouts plus some. My kids and I have made it a daily thing to have a dance party in the living room and I burn a lot of calories doing that plus it's really fun. I'm down about 10 1/2 pounds now, and while I haven't been taking my measurements, I am noticing my tummy losing some of it's roundness. I've got a looong way to go, but I know that I'm finally on the right track. Just gotta keep pushing for it guys! Good luck this week everyone!
