WOW! I am def feeling out of shape right now. I am really regretting not keeping up with my workouts during my last pregnancy and not getting back on track after! The cardio is not so hard, most of the time I do decent with it. The strength exercises are getting me on some of them.
Here in week 3 some of the strength work outs are feeling a bit easier though! Yay!
I am pregnant and sometimes working out increases my nausea. The last ab workout makes me feel ick! Last night I could not do cardio, because I was so nauseated. Every time I went to workout I felt weak and like I was going to vomit. So bummed I did not get my cardio in yesterday! Hope I can get it in today and use sat to make up for yesterday. I had a similiar issue with my last pregnancy. I am really trying to be consistent this time!
