Fruits and Veggies as snacks and incorporated into your meals... I'm on my third serving of fruits already and am only at 576 calories. Granted, I'm also feeling a bit under the weather, so that's most of what I'm eating. Having Chili for dinner so that'll be another serving (at least) there. Check SparkRecipes and you can find lots of recipes that have multiple servings of veggies per serving. Smoothies can provide the same thing.
How in the world do u get the fruit n veggies in without going over the 1550 calories mark? I eat a large granny apple n a cup of broccoli every day i budget for low calorie meals never going over 300, not sure how to fit more in.

I had weight loss surgery on september 17th 2012, & have lost 60 pounds so far. with our cold winter here, i have lapsed in my exercising, so i am back at it, & my goal is to take off another 50 by may
Day 1- Did Cardio video and 15 minute kickboxing video Day 2- Did 40 minutes on elliptical- interval program and day 2 video- had my five servings of fruit and veggies- tracked my food Day3- tonight I will do 40 minutes on treadmill and day 3 video- on pace to have six servings of fruits and veggies- tracking my food.
