Finished week 3...feel great. Stepped up my cardio sessions this week to an hour. Did the arc trainer, treadmill, elliptical and tried the stairmaster.

Forget the problems and just pick up. You let it slide , no biggie, everyone does just don't give up. You are not too far off track because you kept a watch on your calories. You go girl!

So far this week I'm horrible!! I haven't worked out yet...my exuse...Monday was a holiday didn't leave the house because it was too cold..Tuesday I about froze driving home..both days I did do excessvie house cleaning, washing walls and scrubbing floors...Today I am going to walk the halls at lunch and hit the gym..don't care how cold it is....it's just an excuse..
I did keep my calories under 1500!
