Ooh, good for you! I got sick late last week, too, and I'm so excited to be back to the routine. I know I won't see the results this week that I saw before - but that's okay, my body needed rest.

Sadly, starting a little late. Fell behind a few days cause I got sick really bad Thursday & Friday but I doubled up my workouts and going to jump start my cardio as hardcore as I can!
Going to start the Day 1 video today and do it 3 times for a great workout! emoticon
