I am still feeling under the weather both emotionally and physically and didn't do day 4's videos yesterday or today. I will do Day 4 tomorrow morning and go for a walk today, instead.

I was sick yesterday and couldn't do anything. Normally, I would double up, but because I'm still feeling a bit under the weather, I am going to only do Day 4's video and milder cardio today. I am not going to over-exercise like I used to do and hurt myself.
