Never mind the scale! how are your clothes fitting? How is your energy level? How are you feeling over all? Are holding water for any reason (were girls water happens :O) If your clothes are getting loose that's a good thing? Muscle weighs more than fat SO if you are losing fat and gaining muscle the scale will go up for a while- but it will come down- it took 2 months before I had a change in the scale but man my clothes were getting loose- Hang in there OK

getting very discouraged... weighed myself today.. heaviest I have been since october 2010..... I really hope i get this back under control... I do not want to be one of the statistics that loses all the weight and then gains it back..... I really dont want that.. .. help help help

well so far so good... did 80 minutes at gym today 40 minutes cardio and 40 minutes strength training..... did the 500 calorie treadmill workout that coach nicole posted a week or so ago... even with my moderations that was tough.... but i made it...
