I had to do the same since we went out of town for the weekend. The things say if you miss a workout of some kind, you can double up or start over for the week. I think the main aim is to make it a regular habit, however that habit works for you!

For Week 3 -- I am combining and doing two videos together in the same day. I hope that's okay. I found it hard last week to keep track of the days and fit in all 7 days before Week 2 was finished.
