Eating better and enjoying trying new recipes all helps to make those veggies that DH hates interesting and means I don't cook different stuff for him
Daily exercise is working and those short videos are brilliant. Extra exercise is now being added daily and the cardio is getting easier.
I make lots of changes to suit me and find I can do more each day. I will never be able to do floor exercises but find ways of getting around that by substituting for things I can do and still work that part of the body.
So a successful week in general.
