One more day of week 3 what is exciting for me is that I can feel the strength that I have developed over the challenge almost ready for week 4 who knows maybe I will double up for fun or do the entire set one day!
The key is to challenge yourself!!!
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

I just finished Week 3. I am on a role, One more day and it becomes a habit. This is the longest streak that I have had working out and tracking continuously. I am on a high. Week 4, I plan to turn it up a notch and incorporate more weights.
