Good Job PlanePaul!

I've been tired this week so I have been slacking a bit. It's more a physical tired and mind fatigue. I doubled up saturday but I was just so tired yesterday, i didn't do anything :( I'm going to do something today, here shortly. Catch up with my bootcamp and challenge work outs and maybe get a good walk around outside! it's still snowy, so that should brighten my mood. :)

I just did the videos anyway. I didn't do much yesterday so i'm making up for it! The snow was very pretty today. I'm supposed to go on a 8-mile hike tomorrow through the snow but I'm rethinking it now...

I'm on day 2 on week 3 (I think). I went for a good long walk today in the snow! and did my bootcamp total body workout (40 minutes). Should I still do the little videos as well today? I don't want to over do it, mostly because I don't want to wear down and get sick. The walk was almost 3 hours, plus the bootcamp video.

I am just checking! I'm tryig to do the videos but after a good long walk or hike I don't think my body is willing to do even a bit more! I am supposed to go on a 8 mile hike tomorrow. So I'm kind of leery about the videos tomorrow as well. I am trying to stay active but 8 miles is A LOT and i will be really pooped. And will probably be blistered and miserable! haha.
