Wonderful news! I am also early into week three. I need to get back to working out after being ill. Never did lose any weight altho I ate right.

Wow, Days 1 and 2 went by so quickly. I can already tell that I am getting a bit stronger and I am able to do a little more each day. I'm making it a goal to be more consistent this week.
